Round 22 - au_rooms - A Spy For A Spy

The comm we're revisiting this round was all about AUs - making icons look like they're from a different genre, putting characters in different surroundings. I hope the challenge inspires you!

An eye for an eye, a spy for a spy. This time we ask you to set your favorite characters to the universe where they live the life of cover
affairs, political espionage and constant danger. Make us some spies!AU icons. You can mix shows and set them in any time period you like.

ORIGINAL RULES - for reference only

1. Each member can submit as many icons as they want.
2. You can use any pictures you want (caps, photoshoots, stock, animanga etc).
3. All the submitted sets must be submitted as a separate entry.
3. Tag your post with your username and the recent challenge tag. [e.g. challenge #n, where n is a number of the current challenge]
4. The icons must fit the LJ standards: 40 kb, 100x100px
5. All icons must be done specially for this comm.
6. All effects are allowed inc. animation.

NEW RETRO_ICONTEST RULES - mandatory

Consider the original challenge rules and try to stick to them in spirit. This time, the only two rules we have are:

1) use fandoms that are not already spy/crime fandoms, and
2) make your icons look like they are set in a spy/crime fandom.

+ you may enter as many icons as you like. minimum 1 icon.
+ there is no voting.
+ submit your icons as a new entry into the community. if there are more than five, put the rest under a cut or a link to your unlocked journal post. tag your post with round number and your username (or ask me to tag it for you).
+ submit the URLs along with your icons. I'll only put the first five per person into the roundup post. Either you only list five, or I'll take the first five.
+ make an effort to leave positive feedback on other participants' posts. <3

This comm generally runs from mid-month to mid-month every month, always ending on Fridays. There is no voting. I will make a roundup post containing up to 5 icons per person after every challenge.
