There are four possibilities mentioned under Standard Challenges and Herculean Challenge. Either you pick *one* of the criteria (standard), then all your icons have to fit that one thing. Or you pick the Herculean Challenge, then all your icons have to fit the Spring and Negative Space (but not the character criteria).

The original rules also stated that *all icons* have to fit the same challenge.

I'm honestly not planning on sticking to that 'all the same' part, myself. I am going to make some icons that fit Negative Space, and some for Spring, and some for characters that lack in social graces. Maybe I'll manage one that fits all three, but certainly not the whole set.
